I am very sorry, but you can't.
First of all, usually we ASK people if they want to be a General when we need one. As Dania announced a couple of posts earlier, we don't need any more Generals right now.
Second, everyone can open some topics, and post some stuff. You've been on here for like 1 week, and you expect us to upgrade your rank immediately? Sorry, but that's just not how it works. There are people who have been on here much longer than you, and they aren't Generals yet, either.
Finally, clearly you don't respect the rules either. I'm not even sure if you've read them. You just spoiled a certain thing from book 9, and everyone who's read that book, knows what I mean. Besides that, you don't use proper punctuation, which makes your posts difficult to read.
I am sorry, but I do not think that you are the right person to become a General.
I know that all this probably sounds harsh to you, I apologize for that. This is just my first impression of you. Perhaps, if you keep posting actively on the forum and learn the rules better, you might become a General someday.
