I think that is Vanez but they got the eye wrong. They usually switch it on accident. Most people can't remember which is the missing eye.

That one with his head on her lap is Vanez. If you look at the picture before the hair and the clothing are exactly the same. Same artist. Just a little mistake on the eye is all. That is vanez though. ^-^

Ahaha..C; You've got a point there, Sword. If she should belong to someone, then it should be Larten, I think.
I don't even like Arra as a character much; so many of Mr.Shan's female characters are somehow kind of annoying, apart from Truska, and Arra is one of those I dislike. o:
I disliked Arra very much. She was a pointless character put in there just to show my dear Mr. Crepsley has a soft side. >_>
You just don't like that she was paired with your darling Larty-kins, Sterling. 
I didn't like most of his female characters either except for Alice and Truska. Arra wasn't too bad though. Better than Debbie. I think it would have been better if he hadn't tried to make her more important by linking her to Larten. He should have used her as a sort of big sister figure towards Darren.
