Oh my, why?

I have no idea where he could be from. Maybe somewhere from northern side of the world... Somewhere where's some civilization.

Hmmm...no idea XD It's just the first thing I thought when I read the book.
Tall, blonde haired, thin, with light blue eyes = Finnish! XDDD Or from another place in North Europe, maybe! ^^
About civilization you're right! And the way he behaviours (nothing in common with the other vampires xDD) says everything! =O xDD He even knows what's the politic!

Yup, that is probably the only way to describe Kurda in one sentence.

Or...hmmm....what about "A pacifist vampire that doesn't like fighting and uses his brain more than the others?" =) XD It sounds more complete! =D

I'd say Swedish. I have a friend who lives there now and they sound a bit like Kurda.

I thought he was French. Not with an accent or anything. My mentor, Joseph, is French and he is a bit like Kurda.
