I finished Blood beast just three days after it came and impatient me asked Waterstones when the next one would be released. Since a new Demonata book only comes out once a year i didn't expect much but to my surprise the 6th book is due to be released this September!!! I'm not kidding here O.O Book 6 in September!!!
I jsut hope it continues on with BloodBeast instead of moving on to completely new characters. How shit would that be?

Darren Shan has stated that at some point all three protagonists: Grubbs, Kernel and Bec will meet up.[citation needed] It is unknown whether this will take place in this book or future ones. This would imply that at some point, Grubbs will return to the cave from the end of Bec, as he "meets" Bec there in Blood Beast.
The 6th book, is currently known as "What The Hell's Coming Next?" (although this seems to be a line to merely hook the audience to the cliffhanger of Blood Beast). Darren Shan confirmed at the Edinburgh Book Festival 2007 that the book's title consisted of two words
Darren wishes that nothing about this book, not even the title, be known to the public until late September, close to the book's release. This is the first time this has happened with any of the Darren Shan books, possibly initiated by the recent popularity increase in the author's works.
Demonata 6 is to be expected to be released in early October, however Waterstones states the release date as 24/9/07 with the audio CD being published on 1/10/07. The Blood Beast cliffhanger relates to what Bill-E will do now that Ma and Pa Spleen are dead, where Dervish is, what will happen on the plane, whether the 3 narrators meet up in this book and whether Juni Swan is indeed a demon or not, or whether she is Nadia from Demon Thief. Some theories suggest that Grubbs will be saved by Beranabus and Kernel, although this is entirely speculation.
A rough translation from the German Amazon website says:
"There is not anything as stupid children", says the ice-cold lord Loss - and he does not suspect that he speaks about his most powerful enemies. Because if Grubbs Grady, Kernel Fleck, who can open magic portals, and Bec, the Druid Maiden from the past, grouped, they could destroy the Daemon Master. But but they must only find a way to each other . Will the children succeed - or do threaten them eternal hell?
Also, the german Amazon website says that the book will be called "Eternal Hell" in Germany. However, as most of the titles are different in Germany, it cannot be relied on as the book's english name.

That's just really weird. When I picked up Blood Beast, it said the 6th book wasn't due out 'til April. Anyone know what happened? Why was it pushed forward?

mine is great coz it is signed to me by darren shan and not one of those one that they sell that they got a computer to copy his hand writting.
