So, I was studying some French words the other day and there was this word, "gibier de potence", which I'd never heard of before. So when I looked at the translation, I started wondering what would happen if I went to France, and called someone a "gibier de potence"..? :D

Okay I stopped learning french two-three years ago when I became homeschooled but now I wish to re-learn.
For one - its my second tongue (Language).
and second - I have to take french class in highschool for it is manditory.
I already know some majority of french but I was wondering if you have any technics for me to use and to re-fresh my memory.
As well as help me.
I was going to look over my french homework from years ago but some how I lost it and I don't have a french/english dictionary at the moment.
Any help?
